At the very foundation of Graces work is an exploration between the body, our story and the world around us.

Whether your interest in working with Grace is holistic bodywork/massage or menstruation focused Grace will use a space of deep listening to tailor each session specifically for you and your needs.

Grace, a mother of two and an active member of the Frome community.

Her interest in working with the body began whilst living in Yorkshire as a theatre student. She moved to Cornwall to combine her affinity with the ocean and therapeutic body work, where she trained in Swedish, Sports and Indian Head Massage; working with runners and surfers alike. In 2012 she relocated to her husbands hometown of Frome and has settled here to raise their family, which is when ‘With Grace’ was also born. Since then, Grace has continued to develop her work to reflect her own experience of what it means to be in a body and the link to our emotional experiences.

Grace has continued her professional development through trainings in Shiatsu, Pregnancy Massage, Emotional Processing for Massage Therapists (please note Grace is not a trauma therapist), Womb & Fertility Massage, Menopause Support and most recently has been awarded a distinction from Dr Lara Owen’s MA level course in Contemporary Menstrual Studies. Working to restore the narratives around what it can mean to be a someone who menstruates is at the fore of all her work.

Grace is a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and is committed to continued education and a regular attendee at CPD workshops, reflective practices and peer supervision. She works from her own practice in Frome and also as a Therapist at Retreat Centres, most recently at 42 Acres in Somerset.
